You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.



Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service. As a part of the team, you’ll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

  • Partnering with other functional teams and multiple business disciplines to support the service mission;

  • Influencing others in a leadership capacity, proactively building strong working relationship within assigned customer organization;

  • Driving continuous improvement by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function measures;

  • Developing and driving business operations strategy relative to the needs of the functional group;

  • Managing relationships across the global organization at multiple levels;

  • Managing projects and lead initiatives that span the business operations functions;

  • Preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials including those articulating business process changes;

  • Utilizing industry specific knowledge and converting to service improvement opportunities yielding quantifiable results;

  • Validating business process solutions and building on compliance with mandatory standards;

  • Leading teams to generate a vision, to establish direction and motivate members;

  • Coaching and developing new team members; and

For Applicants Residing in California



Compensation range: $151,000-$261,500 and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and where the applicant resides within California.



For Applicants Residing in Colorado



Compensation range: $141,000 - $229,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.



For Applicants Residing in New York City or Westchester County, NY



Compensation range: $161,000 - $261,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.



For Applicants Residing in Washington



Compensation range: $161,000 - $261,500 plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
