What You’ll Do?


The Federal Account Growth Leader has the exciting opportunity to engage with executive level buyers and prospects throughout the Government to grow our Slalom presence. The Account growth Leader will help set strategic direction, actively drive sales, collaborate with our Slalom leaders to respond, and win work. The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate the Following


  • Portfolio Growth – Grow our Slalom presence across multiple agencies through generating, shaping and capturing leads across multiple agencies across our capabilities and solutions. Take responsibility for and actively drive sales pursuits and responses in concert with your Slalom colleagues to secure Federal contracts.

  • Federal Expertise – Demonstrate deep understanding of industry and technology trends, value drivers, and opportunities for transformation in the Federal government. Provide buying insights to teams, clients, and partners as you tailor existing capabilities to create new offerings that generate value for the government and Slalom.
  • Pipeline generation and management experience – generating and leading new revenue opportunities for Slalom. Leveraging relationships to shape and respond to client and agency RFP/Qs. Direct revenue responsibility of $20M-$40M annually, with incremental growth in outyears


What You’ll Bring?


  • You bring a collaborative, innovative, and humble approach to working as part of a leadership team that is focused on growing Slalom’s impact on the Federal government.

  • Experience across multiple facets of the Federal business development life cycle, such as account planning, capture, solutioning, win theme, proposal development, etc.

  • You possess progressive leadership experience with a focus in the Federal industry and a measurable depth of experience in selling modern technologies, platforms, and techniques. (cloud, CRM/Salesforce, data analytics). Prior experience with both business/consulting and experience working with the Federal customer.
  • You have a deep passion for identifying and delivering outcomes with our Federal government that is underpinned with an understanding of how Federal agencies buy and procure. You have a proven track record of understanding, anticipating buying patterns, and selling to the Federal government.

  • You build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. You have active and transferrable relationships in the market and a proven ability to drive new connections and deepen relationships the market and client accounts.
