- Should have 7+ years experience creating and deploying web applications and 1+ years experience with industry-standard Python web frameworks (ex. Flask, Django), 3+ years experience with HTML5, and 3+ years experience with JavaScript or CSS3, True Script, or Elm. Have experience applying Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) on web applications. The contractor shall provide evidence of this experience within the first seven (7) calendar days of tasking award or hiring of lead staff.
- Design, develop, and deploy a web application to meet customer requirements. Work may include but is not limited to developing user interfaces, displays, workflows, application logic, user authentication, and integration/connection with other IT systems.
- Develop the iForecast functionality to be compatible with the iForecast Data Model (existing T-SQL Stored Procedures).
- Design and develop the iForecast functionality with future growth in mind including future integration of a Python Pandas-based data model.
- During iForecast functionality development, follow programming best practices and develop system documentation.
- Track, manage, and apply all Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) applicable to the iForecast functionality.
- Support, maintain, and patch all components of the iForecast functionality.
- Provide support, analysis, and incident resolution; via face-to-face, phone, email, or other electronic means in accordance with Section 18.
- Track, review, and configure system security complying with guidance, directives, and issuances from the USCYBERCOM, applicable to the iForecast functionality, including but not limited to; Communication Tasking Orders (CTOs), Task Order (TASKORD), Operational Orders (OPORD), Information Assurance Vulnerabilities (IAVs) and other security requirements tracked in the Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) system.
- Maintain all source code in SUBMEPP s provided code repository system, with version control. All source code changes, for each release, should be easily identifiable via systems versioning control.
- All iForecast functionality will be implemented via scripts. The iForecast configuration should be able to be applied to a clean OS to fully configure it (ex. IIS configuration using Appcmd and/or Powershell, permissions using icacls and/or Powershell).
- Provide code modifications and scripts in builds with 24-hour advance software release notes as required by GFI 13.2.19-13.2.28 in section 13.
