Outbound Call Center Representative

Buildingstars is actively hiring experienced Inside Sales professionals for a fully remote position. Individuals in this position are responsible for making outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to customers to schedule meetings for the outside sales teams - no payment collected on the phone! We provide you the software, the prospects and the training to be successful!

Eligible States - While this is a remote position, you must live in one of the following states to be considered for this position: AZ, FL, IL, MO, NC, NJ, PA, TN, TX, GA.

Job Description

• Call prospects and past customers to generate interest


• Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams


• Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers


• Email marketing material to interested customers


• Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with outside sales team

Desired Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills


• Highly motivated and self-directed


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Professional, friendly phone personality


• Proficient experience with MS Office, email


• Positive, solution-oriented attitude


• 1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment


• Prior experience with CRM software


• Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
