The Role at a Glance:

As a Business Analyst on the Life Experience Management Team, you will work with a variety of stakeholders, using data to move the organization forward. The role will focus on process improvements, maintaining our data environment, and providing support for data exploration.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leverage data to provide solutions for business problems utilizing a variety of actuarial data.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to integrate actuarial data with other data sources.

  • Update and maintain dashboards and other self-service experience analysis tools.

  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, institute best practices, and develop shared insights.

  • Support data aggregation and preparation for regulatory requests and/or industry studies.

What were looking for:

Must-haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position

  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience.

  • Ability to query and handle large datasets

  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data to extract insights and identify data anomalies

  • Demonstrated proficiency in relationship management and problem-solving

  • Proficiency with SQL or similar language

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Dataiku

  • Life and/or LTC product knowledge and general insurance/business knowledge
