Information Technology Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator for large financial client needed

6 month contract, can extend

Pay $35-45/hr depending on experience

Hybrid in:

Charlotte, NC- Chandler, AZ - Des Moines, IA

1. 5+ years project coordinator experience (not looking for a PM or an admin)
2. Strong in MS Project
3. Strong in MS Visio
4. Experience with working across multiple workstreams/ cross coordination / multitask
5. Experience scheduling meetings, running meetings, taking meeting minute notes
6. Banking is preferred

STRONG COMMUNICATION

1. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: Will be a project coordinator for a new cobranding effort, working with the delivery lead and project managers to manage the workstreams across multiple efforts. Will be leading meetings, scheduling meetings, and taking meeting notes for the team and for senior stake holders. Need to be proficient in MS Project and MS Visio.
