This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Escrow team, where you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, offering both customer support and administrative assistance. This role is crucial in revolutionizing the real estate experience, empowering both our team and clients to implement cutting-edge solutions and achieve outstanding outcomes.

The Vendor Coordinator will take on the responsibilities of performing essential preliminary functions on a transaction.

• Locating and coordinating vendors for abstract assignment and delivery
• Fielding inbound and outbound calls/emails for customer service and to communicate transaction requirements
• Review title and escrow documents
• Locate, understand, and utilize state-specific underwriting tools
• Begin title curative process to move file to "clear to close" status
• Follow all SOP's as they apply to each task
• Search title plants to produce the following products: Title chain, name runs, plat maps
• Obtain document copies from county websites and imaging systems
• Investigate discrepancies found in the land records and tax rolls to assist client team in clearing title.

Qualifications:

Four year degree and/or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year industry experience in mortgage, escrow, title, or banking. Minimum 3 years experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
