To achieve these patient outcomes, you will work through a dedicated, diverse and expert team of physicians, scientists, and staff. The Practice Manager position is responsible for serving and supporting the needs of the practice by driving excellence in patient care through an effective team. This position is accountable for the overall operations of the practice and implementing a strategic plan that drives growth, profitability, and an excellent patient care experience. You will be a strategic partner with the physicians, identifying more efficient operation processes, optimizing employee productivity, and driving change where appropriate. Responsible for the financial performance of the revenue cycle, including: Patient financial counseling; Coding, billing & collections; Data entry & processing, and Cash posting. Strict accountability in Accounts Payable, including vendor contracts/negotiations. Participate in budget decisions and implementation. Understanding and positively impacting financial statements for the clinic. Oversee and create an efficient patient experience for in office visits. Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor law, and other federal, state, and local regulations. Utilize modern and current recruiting techniques to bring in top talent. Maintain positive culture by retaining top talent to provide quality service to our patients. Create and maintain clear lines of communication across all departments in the practice. Establish practice goals, priorities, and guidelines across the practice and rally team around these items. Commit to her/his own leadership development and continue to learn best practices in reproductive medicine administration and patient outcomes. Required skills, competencies, education, and professional experience Bachelor's degree in either healthcare management, business administration, or related preferred. Experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree may be considered. 5 years of progressive leadership experience in private physician practice development, women's healthcare preferred. Experience in payor contracting and payor relations; strong knowledge Revenue Cycle functions. Experience with basic HR and Payroll administration and responsibilities. Proven ability to manage positive staff and physician relationships. Ability to use quantitative data and analytics to find solutions to common and uncommon situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills through active listening. Ability to enact the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement, including teamwork and evidenced based decision making. Demonstrated record of positive results financially and through staff across all departments. Maintain high ethical standards and integrity across the RSC team and clinic.
