Resolution Specialist, Payroll Services Data Services - Remote

Job Description Full-time position in Payroll Services Data Services - Resolution Specialist, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt. Duties * Process retirement plan contributions * Reconcile and resolve "Not in Good Order" (NIGO) plan contributions * Work closely with team members to meet daily client deadlines * Assist in answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients or participants * Communicate professionally with clients via email and telephone * Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas * Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor or Product Manager Qualifications * Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel * Able to learn new software quickly * Must be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication * Strong customer service skills * Highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude * Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately * Work well within a team Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
