Job Description
Do you have experience working with Customer Service for a business and dealing with customer orders? Do you ahve a positive personality and get along well with others?
Olsten Staffing is assisting a company local to Sumter, SC in their search for a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative you will serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Olsten Staffing is assisting a company local to Sumter, SC in their search for a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative you will serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or email with delegation
- Input all customer information with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
- Complete all freight damage documentation
- Communicate with sales on orders, complaints, refunds and exchanges
- Compile and store customer history on orders and returns
- Set up new customer accounts
- Verify current customer records
- Work with Shipping, Manufacturing and Sales to assist with timelines and customer satisfaction. Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing
- Experience as a Client CSR is required. Training:
Employees are required to perform monthly and yearly training based on their position.
