Scientists and Engineers

We are currently seeking Scientists & Engineers at all levels and/or SMEs to share their knowledge and expertise with our growing team and government customer at Hill AFB in Utah to support ICBM.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• May assist with strategies, plans, schedules, risk analysis and vulnerability processes.
• Participate in technical baseline efforts to aide in the review and development of specifications and interfaces
• May participate in capability planning, trade studies, engineering change proposal (ECP) analysis, integration, modeling, verification, core standards analysis, information assurance, reliability assessments, and technical baseline reviews
• May review Integrated Master Test Plan and Integrated Master Assessment Plan to understand planned capabilities, test events, and assessment activities.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership to communicate capabilities and limitations of the element relative to system performance
• Participate in and oversee engineering product development
• Engage in follow-on actions such as documentation reviews, informational updates, and technical assessments
• Support additional activities as directed

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of Department of Defense programs and organizations strongly desired.
• Ability to perform as a member of a team to solve complex problems.

• Must have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance

Education / Experience:

• Level 1: Requires a Bachelor's degree in the applicable discipline.
• Level 2: Requires up to 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the applicable discipline.
• Level 3: Requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the applicable discipline.
• Level 4: Requires over 10 years of experience and a Master's degree in the applicable discipline.

Qualification Substitutions:

• 6 years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• 12 years' work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
• 20 years' work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate's Degree
• Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree plus 16 years' work experience may be subsitiuted for a Doctorate's Degree
• Master's Degree plus 12 years' work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate's Degree
