Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Nissan experience (preferred)
- Must be proficient with computers and necessary software
- Should have a basic ability to communicate in English and Spanish (preferred not required)
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others
- Must have a high degree of customer service ability
- Consult and interpret customer needs for automotive technicians
- Understand customers problems and arrange for appropriate service
- Prioritize required services, and offer options
- Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and mechanics
- Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
