- Location: 2 – 3 Weeks Remote Work Will be Allowed then Boston, MA
- Travel Requirements: Office Boston with flexibility to travel to CT, ME and NY
- Travel Expenses will be covered by the company
- Rate: $45 - $50 per hour (W2 and C2C)
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience as a professional Business Analyst within B2C organizations/projects
- 1+ year’s Design Thinking experience
- 5+ year’s Agile and Scrum Methodology experience
- Proficient user of Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Word, Excel, PPT
- 5+ years’ experience working on Mobile App and or Website b2c projects in competitive markets.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Advanced technical, documentation and analytical skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the requirements definition activity as part of the wider Design Thinking Customer Redesign program
- Act as a deputy to the overall Customer Journey Redesign Snr Program Manager
- Assist with the creation of stakeholder update material and steering committee slides
- Support ongoing organization and maintenance of program, including documentation of plans and regular status updates
- Gather and analyze data for technology transformation and business improvement program
- Gather and prioritize requirements, write down user stories and support Product Owner, Scrum Master and Tech Lead with sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Identify specific business and process improvement opportunities
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects by acting as a liaison between various stakeholder groups
- Assist with program management activities
- Co-ordinate with different project teams to produce better business outcomes, requirements, users’ stories, test cases, UAT scripts, etc
- Assist with facilitating user acceptance testing and deployments, recommend improvements
- Assists Scrum Master, Product Owner with unblocking development team to maintain velocity
- Proactively identify program dependencies, understand their impact(s) to the program and actively manage to de-risk the dependencies
