The Role

The Digital Solutions chapter helps build world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:

• 
  Integrating deep research & industry awareness
• 
  Impacting product strategy
• 
  Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints

You will be embedded on a squad where you will provide business and/or systems analysis and expertise to support the creation of digital experiences that support our PI clients and associates. You will play a leading role in all phases of digital product management, including:

• 
  Discovering the right opportunities using data
• 
  Defining the requirements
• 
  Crafting innovative solutions
• 
  Supporting client and field readiness
• 
  Measuring the business outcome

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experience.
• 
  5-7 years of business or systems analysis experience delivering customer- or associate-focused digital solutions.
• 
  Highly analytical and results focused with experience in software development, IT project management, and system analysis.
• 
  Experience with online appointment scheduling software that allows customers and associates to book, schedule, or cancel appointments through web-based systems.
• 
  Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems.
• 
  Client focused with a passion to solve challenges through a data-driven approach.
• 
  Experience working in an agile team required.
• 
  Demonstrable ability to assess business needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• 
  An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry innovations.
• 
  You employ strong story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions through using data and visualization.

The Team

Digital Solutions chapter members are passionate about bringing together process, technology, analytics and user experience to scale our ability to serve our growing client and associate base. Our members share a set of core product management and analytical skills, as well as a set of differentiated skills which extend their ability to meet the needs of the squad to which they are aligned.

You will be aligned with the Associate Digital Experience product area whose mission is to create unified, digital-first client and associate experiences powered by scalable platforms. In this role, you will be work in the Digital Appointment Cohort. This cohort is responsible for Fidelity's digital appointment experience by building and deploying an integrated experience for our customers via Fidelity.com and NetBenefits.com. Within the product area the vision is to empower customers and associates to thrive in a digital-first world. You will be part of an Agile team that grows our core business, wins customers of the future, and scales our growth.
