JOB SUMMARY:
Signet is on a mission to transform how customers engage with their jewelry through our best-in-class suite of jewelry service offerings which provide precious piece of mind and indulgence in the joy of jewelry ownership. As Performance Optimization Specialist, you are responsible for enabling and equipping in-store and virtual team members with the insights, best practices and training necessary to optimize extended service agreement performance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Utilize dashboarding and reporting tools to analyze extended service agreement performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Create regular and ad-hoc reporting for field leaders to track and analyze progress on performance goals
Partner with field leaders to provide training and best practices for extended service agreements to team members including but not limited to presenting in field calls, meeting with field leaders, and creating training & field communication content
Advise management on extended service agreement performance trends and opportunities in order to inform planning, forecasting, and project prioritization.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: Bachelor s degree business, finance, math, statistics or a related field
Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: Retail analytics, retail management, performance optimization
Years of Job-Related Experience Required: Minimum of 2 - 3 years learning and development training experience
Technical/Other Skills Required: Intermediate Microsoft word, excel, and power point; strong analytical and communication skills; Business Objects experience preferred

The salary range for this opportunity is $55,000.00 80,000.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
