Device and Inventory Specialists in Santa Clara, CA
Summary:
Become a part of a 10-person team for a globally known consumer device company to assist with various areas including device drop off/ pick up, inventory and manual tasks within the data center.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a company van to drop off and pick up different hardware that is allocated to certain teams from Santa Clara to Cupertino.
- Assistance with keeping inventory properly organized and managed (30,000+ devices in inventory).
- Manual tasks within the data center such as rebooting, assistance with clients and reconnecting cables.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities will be added over time.
- Hours will be 8am-6pm Monday – Friday.
Required Skillset:
- Must have a California driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle safely as well as handle sensitive equipment well.
- Must be over 25 years old.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, mainly to carry into and out of the company van.
- Previous inventory experience for tracking, data input and ordering equipment.
- Team mindset and flexible to assist wherever is needed.
Bonus Skillset:
- macOS manual experience
