You ve got what it takes to be a Medical Science Liaison with Syneos Health.ResponsibilitiesThe Medical Science Liaison will establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs while developing a strong understanding of clinical practice as it relates to areas of interest. This position also interacts with various inside/outside institutions, departments, study coordinators, clinical research associates and investigators.Educate health care providers (HCPs) about the disease state and products, resolving medical information inquiries with virtual and in-person responses to provide the highest level of understanding and customer satisfactionEngage with external stakeholders through scientific interactions; deliver support to clinical development colleagues and investigators conducting clinical trials and offer scientific support for internal stakeholders.Serve as the primary resource to provide support for addressing unsolicited medical questions and other scientific exchange matters Responsible for disseminating appropriate scientific and clinical information to build relationships with site HCPs and personnel.Identify, gather, and document field-generated scientific insights to drive innovative Medical Affairs strategies while complying with industry and corporate policies and proceduresJob RequirementsAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace. Along with your ability to remain at the forefront of your field, you must possess:Doctorate level scientific degree is preferred (e.G., PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent)3+ years of experience as medical science liaison or Clinical trial experience highly preferred1+ years of Narcolepsy or related therapeutic area experience is requiredStrong ability to present in a virtual capacity; knowledge of virtual video technology requiredAbility to travel and possess a valid driver s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts, unless otherwise specifiedInterviews may be conducted in person at an on-site interview location.
