Martec platform experience - solid understanding of martec platforms and environments (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) and is able to leverage them to gain insights into the environment
Analytical, end-to-end mindset - sees and considers the full end to end process of data flow, and can relate to business usage/implications and data privacy considerations -- what data we have, through what tool, for what purpose, with what consent -- and if additional protections are required for the data, identify the mitigation options, and the implications (data, business, data protection, effort) to help inform our go-forward plan.
Hands-on experience - in addition to understanding Marketing technology, he can also do some administrative work in those tools -- was able to jump in and enable some GA4 features in our proof of concept
