Location: REMOTE but multiple offices in PA
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
Founded over 50 years ago, we are a roughly 100 employee CPA firm (40 of which are on the Audit side) that primarily caters to the construction, healthcare, manufacturing and non-profit industries. The vast majority of our client base is in the PA area which are comprised of large family businesses ($100MM - $300MM range). We have excellent employee retention and during busy season the average was 52hrs/week worked and roughly 45hrs/week across the year on average. There is plenty of room for growth and a clear & concise track to partnership.
The primary focus of this Audit Manager role will be to work on the healthcare, non-profit & employee benefit plan sectors. In addition, you will help lead teams of 2-4 employees while catering to new & current business relationships.
