Job Description
A leading consumer technology company that builds a platform serving millions of consumers and tens of thousands of medical and wellness providers throughout the US is growing their product management organization. They recently launched a new platform that has delivered rewards and loyalty programs, personalized experiences and has millions of active users.
They are looking for Lead Product Managers as they prepare to launch a new array of game-changing technologies on an already successfully adopted consumer platform. You’d be working in a startup environment, while having the backing of a very large company and have a chance to make a significant impact in a technology starved business.
As a Lead Product Manager you will report to the Director of Product Management and be working collaboratively with key stakeholders in cross functional teams spanning, product, engineering, design, and other business units. Required Skills & Experience

As a Lead Product Manager you will report to the Director of Product Management and be working collaboratively with key stakeholders in cross functional teams spanning, product, engineering, design, and other business units. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of growth marketing experience
- Proven track record of creating marketing strategies for B2C and B2B2C products
- Ability to think strategically about product decisions and gain support across multiple teams
- Deep understanding of various marketing channels like social, search, influencer marketing, and out-of-home
- Experience managing budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to create forecasts
- Experience in the healthcare, social platform, or consumer industries would be preferred
- Drive the strategy and execution of user-friendly SaaS products
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class and innovative products
- Serve as the voice of the customer across multiple different teams
- Clearly establish and set up strategic vision for teams to follow
- Set KPIs and metrics to track and hit to ensure success across the business
- Engage with executive leadership across varying departments including engineering, design, and product marketing to promote a culture of collaboration and innovation
