_Job Summary_
The Customer Service Representative, as the "voice" of B-W, manages a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and e-mail from customers and potential customers, and serves as a primary liaison between B-W and its customer base. Responds to questions and concerns, identifies customer needs, clarifies information, and researches issues as necessary. Communicates B-W's value with confidence, clarity, and knowledge, and focuses on educating customers on our wide array of flow metering products and their applications. The position performs a vital part in enhancing the Company's infrastructure, and has the capability to contribute to the strength and sustainable growth of Blue-White Industries. Must fit into company core values. . Knowledge of or experience with ISO standards a plus.

Provide exceptional customer service with courtesy, integrity and efficiency to meet and exceed customer expectations and achieve goals for error-free work and quality standards
Effectively communicate over the phone to handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls for orders, inquiries, follow-ups and leads
Respond to customer needs pertaining to requests for pricing, order processing, product availability, information price quotes, freight quotes and custom documentation
Input and expedite orders and process return merchandise authorizations (RMA's)
Receive and address customer complaints or delegate upward to resolve problems
Assist Sales Representatives in their territory management as needed
Comply with all Company policies
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or assigned
Exceptional customer service, communication, and presentation skills, with patience and self-control, active listening, positive attitude, and accountability
Fluidly communicate to build loyalty and relationships with customer base, primarily through telephone communication
Flexible in approach to working with different customers and Sales Department personalities, and able to address delicate situations in a professional manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
Enjoys creating solutions with various approaches
Machinery or instrumentation manufacturing industry-related experience is a plus
Excellent word processing, Excel, and10-key PC skills; networking a plus
Ability to organize and maintain detailed quality records/documentation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to draw on diplomatic communication skills
Requires minimal supervision

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
