Provider Recruiter (Clinical Healthcare)

Description:

This position will be responsible for recruiting physicians, advanced practice clinicians, behavioral health clinicians, and other licensed independent providers to join one of the largest community health centers in the country. Will work collaboratively with the MSO Director, Clinical, Executive and Administrative leadership as well as the Credentialing team and Human Resources to create and execute a comprehensive provider recruitment strategy that is consistent with the immediate and long term needs. This position will involve frequent travel. BA/BS in related field with at least 3 years' experience in professional health care setting. Demonstrated computer skills, (Workday desired) as well as interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have excellent public speaking skills! Full time, exempt role, Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00pm. Hybrid schedule with flexibility is available.

Education

• Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's Degree in related field.

Experience

• At least three years' experience working in a professional health care setting.
• Provider recruitment experience a plus
• Demonstrated computer skills (Workday desired).
