Job Title: SiC Technologist - Process, Device, Epitaxy, Substrate, or Packaging - REMOTE

Job Location: Can work anywhere in the US remotely

Compensation: $150K - $200K+ base Depending on Experience

Our company provides world-class wafer foundry services for III-V compound semiconductors and offers high quality processes with exceptional service. We are now expanding our Wide Bandgap (WBG) Power Electronics business (SiC and GaN). We offer a wide choice in foundry services for WBG power devices, including SiC MOSFET, SiC Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD), and GaN E-mode HEMT with different voltage rating for a full complement of traditional Si based devices. We also follow a comprehensive qualification process for our power devices to ensure a reliable operation in various applications (e.g., consumer, industrial and automotive).

Our Headquarters is based in Xiamen, China, but we are now looking to expand our team of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Technologists/experts based in the US. These opportunities will be based in the US working remote with routine travel to our headquarters in China.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Help develop our SiC-based wafer processing technology, power electronic devices (MOSFET & Schottky Barrier Diodes), epitaxial wafer growth, substrate wafer growth, and packaging technologies.
  • Help grow our market share in the SiC Power Electronics market for consumer & industrial applications including: Power adapters for consumer electronics, Data centers, Electric Vehicles (EV), Industrial motors, wireless charging, and energy harvesting.
What You Need for this Position

We are looking to hire SiC Technologists/Experts with at least 5+ years of experience in one of the following areas:
  • SiC Wafer Process Technologies
  • SiC Process Integration
  • SiC Device Engineering (SiC-based MOSFET, Schottky Barrier Diodes etc.)
  • SiC Substrate
  • SiC Epitaxy
  • SiC Packaging
