We Are Seeking Senior Developers Who:
- Share our passion for technology and innovation
- Have excellent problem solving skills, preferably with a solid math background
- Work well in small, agile results-oriented teams
- Care deeply about the quality and usability of their work products
- Have strong skills in web application and services development
- Have solid object-oriented design and development skills
- Have 8-10+ years of experience
- Have the ability to lead a team through product development
- Can excel in a Customer-facing role
Proficiencies:
- Must have bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- Must have 8-10+ years of related experience developing software applications in a professional environment
- Must have solid skills with either Java, Python, C++ or Scala, and JavaScript
- Must have web application and REST services experience
- Should have good understanding of database technologies, e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Graph
- Should have experience in test-driven agile development and tools
- Nice to have experience with Responsive Web Design, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, etc.
- Geospatial technology skills a plus, or willing to learn
- Semantic web technology skills a plus, or willing to learn
- TS/SCI clearance desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
