Employee Type: Full time Location: GA Atlanta Job Type: Production Operations Job Posting Title: Food Manufacturing Packaging Machine Operator Job Description: 2nd Shift Start Time is 3:00 PM up to 12 hours. Position Pay Rate $18.00 with a $1.00 shift premium. Set-up and operate dressing filling machines and support equipment. Verify proper packaging and label information and maintain records through computer based systems and written hard copy documentation. Assist in qualify checks. Perform basic troubleshooting on machine and assist in changeovers as needed. Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaces. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Frequently stand and walk. Sitting, using hands to lift or move, reaching with hands and arms. Work in either a refrigerated or unconditioned environment. Stay up-to-date on all Computer Based Training (CBT) Follow the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Safety Policy including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and Code of Ethics, as well as all material handling, dock and security safety.
