The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Area Property Manager with maintenance of occupancy , administration, provision of maximum level of service to residents, promotion of excellent resident relations, accounting, and minimization of bad debt.

Job Duties:

Perform collection duties such as phone calls and home visits, and notices.

Collect and accurately posts all rents and other revenue payments. Scan rents collected daily and/or complete bank deposits.
File warrants to start eviction procedures and appear in court.

Schedule and conduct move out inspections

Complete Final Account Statements as per company policy.

Complete Accounting Month End and complete related reports.
Update information in property management software (Rent Manager)
Knowledge of leasing

Job Type: Full-time
