Business Analyst

Ledgent Technology is partnering with a growing technology company to identify Business Analysts for three different business lines within their organization! These are new roles which provide an opportunity to support business process optimization and growth on collaborative, driven, and passionate teams.

These are three full-time/permanent opportunities with two openings sitting fully remote. One opening is hybrid with an office located in Bloomington, MN.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business line and leadership to improve business processes
• Monitor data quality through dashboards to ensure accuracy; analyze and report on data trends, providing data and sales tracking
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards, utilizing performance metrics to create and change reporting documents
• Own and manage Salesforce system processes, updates, changes, and upgrades
• Update and manage documentation and training for system changes

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
• 4 or more years of experience in Business Analytics, including system upgrades and work with relational databases
• 4 or more years of experience in enterprise software reporting
• Experience with data aggregation as well as writing and updating reports
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills

Preferred

• MBA or Master s in Analytics, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM s
