URComped is hiring a local (Dallas, TX) .NET developer to help stay ahead of rapidly growing demand. We have multiple web-based products including a B2C cruise and resort booking site and an enterprise-level SaaS CRM and marketing platform for casinos. URComped is a fast-growing startup so this position requires a fun, high-energy, career-minded person that is passionate about building quality, highly-scalable code and having a good time.

About URComped

URComped is a venture-backed startup that delivers casino travel experiences to top cruise lines and casino resorts around the world. We have been around for 8 years and are profitably growing.

Our transformational URComped platform allows casino players from all over the world to qualify themselves for access to new comp offers at casinos and cruise lines around the world. Most casino players are stuck only receiving offers from the places they have played at before - URComped provides them with a whole world of new travel options. URComped is more than a website, built on top of a custom CRM there are two sides to this business (helping players travel, and helping casinos find new players). As well as a social network, reviews, and travel blog.

In 2020, URComped spun out Trio360, a SaaS CRM offering for casinos that helps casinos communicate with and grow revenue with their existing VIP players.

Main responsibilities include:

• Back-end development built to scale, URComped has shown 2x YOY growth and that comes with the challenges of developing a system that can grow with the company
• Some front-end development will be required as we implement changes to the customer facing website as well as the back-end management website.
• Work with management to come up with new ideas for increasing convenience, speed, and service quality
• Help manage a small team of US-based remote developers
• Must be driven and able to accomplish complex development tasks on your own as the team is very small

Compensation: $90,000. Includes health/dental benefits, 401k with matching. Travel perks.

Work Environment:

We work mostly-remote currently but go into the office twice per week at an amazing space right off the Dallas North Tollway in Addison. Perks include weekly happy hours, team lunches, stocked fridge of drinks, beer on tap, travel benefits and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a plus. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation.

If no college degree, must have at least TWO years of successful software development experience.

Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications:
