Job Description
We are seeking a Research Coordinator | Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Informed Consent and Bill of Rights
- Perform Screening, Randomization and Follow up visits
- Duties included Vitals, ECG, Spirometry, eDiary training
- Administer investigational product to subjects, Document in logs, Inventory investigational product
- Attend initiation meeting and/ or investigator meetings
- Recruit Subjects for the trial and Provide study information to potential study subjects
- Identify all Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events complete proper paperwork and reporting
- Complete job functions timely and efficiently, before deadlines
- Perform Adequate Source documentation Complete Electronic Case Report Forms, and Answer queries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with multiple protocols and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Detail Orientated
Full-time Monday - Friday.
Occasional Weekends-rotated
