I am searching for a 5-15 year Civil Site engineers for either fully remote or hybrid roles!
This opportunity is with a TOP 100 ENR Rated National 1000 people firm that is looking to expand its footprint in the Northeast.
Since the pandemic, people have been increasingly drawn to fully remote roles; however, there actually aren't many about.
My clients offer the following:
- 401k is now a match of 50% of 6%
- Fully Remote
- Unlimited PTO which you are encouraged to use

- A year-end bonus for all positions is worked out as a share of profits. PMs get a special larger bonus. They are on track to make $200 million this year
