Responsibilities:
Our company is currently offering a vacancy for a Product Development assistant, specializing in Personal or Commercial Lines. This position will assist our insurance carrier or MGA clients with creating new products. The responsibilities of this role will be diverse:
- Get involved in the lifecycle of submitting documents, consisting of creating, composing, finalizing, and presenting all components, for instance, forms, prices, and statutes.
- Utilize industry insights to recommend strategic adjustments to existing product offerings or suggest new products that meet changing customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and incorporate them into user specifications.
- Build and file formal written requests with state insurance bureaus for the authorization of insurance product forms.
- Collaborate with product teams to incorporate product-specific details into underwriting guidelines and training materials.
- Review manuals, forms, and rates to guarantee accuracy of documentation and intended results.
- Accomplished at carrying out duties independently while also fostering excellent professional relationships in a team situation.
- The possession of ISO or AAIS, Excel and SERFF expertise can be advantageous.
Qualifications:
- A wealth of job-related knowledge accumulated over 25 years
- A decade of hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty insurance sector
