As a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will build partnerships across the company and communicating optimally to maintain alignment and ensure delivery of best-in-class products to Kindercare Learning Companies and our valued customers. This opportunity requires a proven background in implementation and support of Digital solutions in a product-based Agile environment. This role works in an influential team environment and will contribute in other areas as needed to support business demands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Define and document product requirements using industry-standard analysis and documentation techniques. Facilitate requirements, gathering and analysis with business partners and product owners for product value streams. This includes typical requirements gathering techniques such as interviews, job shadowing, workshops, and surveys. Serve as the lynchpin between our product owners and engineering teams to drive product feature enhancements. Act as a champion the end user and their experience. Build and grow relationships across business, product and engineering teams. Leverage SQL skills to analyze and model data flow within business and systems processes. Own and drive the understanding and definition of business processes and business process management. Model current state/future state business processes. Support product team with feature release testing and with UAT as needed. Qualifications: At least 5 years of professional experience as a business systems analyst or business analyst. Experience with payment transactions, payment concepts, work flows and standard methodologies. Experience with data analysis (intermediate to advanced SQL), business process modeling and reengineering. Results driven mentality with a passion for technology and providing outstanding service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience facilitating discussions, providing collaborator updates, and highlighting areas of project risk. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing several simultaneous tasks. Experience analyzing and documenting front end and back end web/app requirements. Experience decomposing product roadmaps into actionable requirements. Demonstrable experience as part of Agile and/or Scrum teams. Experience working with a product owner within a product team.
