Advisor, Engineering Project Manager on our Primary Storage team in Hopkinton to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.Person also has the option to work at one of our prime sites in :
Round rock/Austin, Hopkinton, MA or may work remote.Manages multiple complex technical programs, projects and initiatives affecting area goals and objectives.
Drives the creation and management of cross-functional leadership teams; facilitating, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to complete a variety of technical program plans, tasks, and milestones.
Defines priorities and resources allocated to programs, projects and/or initiatives.
Maintains an awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to ensure the success of complex programs and initiatives.You willManage the software development process from initial specifications thru Qualification and GAFacilitates, coordinates and leads cross-functional teams to complete multiple complex technical program and/or project plans, tasks and milestones.Leads cross-functional priority setting and resource allocation relative to each program, project and/or initiative.Ensures completion of all specific deliverables and tactical initiatives required to support initiativesCommunicate program status, challenges, and risks at an executive level.Develops and manages communication and coordination of cross functional teams across all areas.
Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics.Supports, manages, and influences continuous improvement of product/solution development lifecycle process, practices and initiatives.
Identifies, escalates and ensures resolution of issues impacting successful execution of programs.Essential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or concentration in Management Information Systems8+ years relevant experienceStrong program planning and management skillsKnowledge of program management and reporting tools.

Jira, Tableau, ExcelCross-Functional leadership skillsPossesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge.Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills.Ability to multi-task, work independently, and with minimal direction.Desirable Requirements:
Scrum and Agile Development methodology Must be a team player and willing to work with geographically dispersed teams.Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables.Work effectively with senior management.Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving Skills
