DTS is looking for experienced Business Analyst (Infra) for our client project in Pontiac, MI
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts business analyst tasks on Infrastructure projects (Server, Network, Phone, Workstation).
- Deliverables may include Request for Proposals, Requirements, Requirement traceability matrixes, Project runbooks, User guides, Test plans, Use cases, Implementation Plans, Project Action Logs, Meeting Minutes and Project Communications.
- Coordinates application testing and acceptance across IT Divisions.
- Acts as second and third level support for Production incidents and provides assistance in troubleshooting and close out of reported issues.
- An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task across 5+ projects, and the ability to communicate between Technical team and Application teams to create the Acceptance Test Plans to validate infrastructure changes.
Environment: Azure DevOps, Office 365 Suite, MS Visio
