Job Description
Balance Staffing is looking for Bilingual Customer service Reps
Healthcare inbound calls (no sales)
100% remote with all equipment provided
Training Schedule:
Mon-Fri
7a-4pm
Pay: $13.50
*Must be bilingual in English and Spanish)
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
- Some Customer Service Experience is needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Stable work history
- Ability to type AT LEAST 25 wpm
- Hardwired internet connection with speeds greater than 5MB upload and 10MB download
- Flexibility in schedule availability
