CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a national insurance company seeking dedicated call center representatives for an exciting REMOTE opportunity! Schedule: 4:30AM - 7:00PM **PACFIC TIME ZONE** | 6:30AM to 9PM **CENTRAL TIME ZONE** | Monday - Friday with Occasional OT on Saturdays

Job Description: Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective quality customer service in regards to property damage claims with a nationwide company! Support borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, deescalate calls, process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

  • Handle inbound telephone calls from borrowers, contractors and/or insurance adjusters in regards to property damage claims in order to resolve customer inquiries

  • Work on Claim Packets when phone lines are slow

  • Update records and note system as required

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Flexibility in work hours and in changing environments

  • May assist answering questions in the help desk

  • May cross train to assist with borrower follow ups

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Sound analytical skills

  • Solid work quality, accuracy and proficiency

  • Flexibility to commute to Mesa, AZ OR Fort Worth, TX AS NEEDED (Trainings/Meetings) *Local Candidates Only*

  • Typing of at least 30 WPM

  • Dedicated, quiet workspace

  • High Speed Internet - Ability to directly connect to modem/router

  • Willingness to be on laptop camera during work hours for trainings/meetings/work

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)

  • 2 years of call center customer service experience!

  • No time off needs in the first 90 days! Full training attendance is a must.
