SUMMARY
As MCS continues to expand our eDiscovery team, we’ve created a new sales role to cover law firms and corporations on the west coast. This is a remote-based, direct and quota-carrying sales role requiring 3-5 years of software sales experience, preferably to law firms or in-house legal departments. Proven ability to develop a new territory through aggressive cold-calling, networking, social media, etc. is absolutely required. In return, you'll have a green-field opportunity to build your region, grow with the company and enjoy uncapped commissions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Documented 3-5 years successful software/SaaS experience, selling to law firms and/or corporate legal departments
Proven ability to build new territory through networking and active prospect outreach of all kinds
Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals – excellent written and verbal communication skills
While eDiscovery experience is not required, you will need the technical aptitude to learn it and effectively communicate MCS’ value to prospective clients
Proven ability to exceed quota in a remote role
Excellent relationship building skills
