Job Description
• Served as liaison between IT and business sponsors in critical, high-visibility implementation
• Assisted team to remove impediments by having an understanding of control and release process.
• Coordinated with Product Owner in completing backlog and refinement to improve flow from the top down to team level.
• Organized and facilitated scrum events/ceremonies such as daily standup calls, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
• Provided all support to the team using servant leadership style whenever possible, and led by examples. Maintained Product Backlog, Issue Tracker, and Clarification Trackers.
• Updated weekly status reports as well as produced Ad-Hoc reports and documented Mind Mappings.
• Helped in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and operational business requirements, user requirements and facilitated peer review meetings.
• Involved in change management and handling change requests for enhancement of the current system. Participated in alpha and beta testing of technology upgrades for internal software and client products.
