Job Description
As a Reporting Analyst, you will ensure standard and adhoc reports are delivered accurately and on time. Additionally, you will work with other functional teams to access and understand the data to be analyzed. You will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate across multiple operations teams to add reporting insight
Deliver high performance through performance optimization
Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code
Perform maintenance, enhancements and or development work
Ensure all tools reports are up to date on a weekly basis
Prepare weekly WBR and monthly MBR as per guidelines and template
Service our client’s customers by providing phone support for issues
Resolve device issues
Use troubleshooting techniques and provide clear concise information
Help drive sales by offering products and services that will improve the customer’s experience
Review account information and answer questions about billing or services
This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in the area of San Jose, CA. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Hours & Shifts
The hours of operations for this role are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Training
Individuals are provided paid training.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 2 years work experience in a professional or military setting
Minimum 1 year experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Operations Environment
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Econometrics, Statistics, or similar
Microsoft Office applications – Excel (Vlookup, Match, Text, Concat, Hlookup, IF, etc.)
Report preparation with data extraction and data validation using management tools
Experience promoting and/or selling products and services
Professional Skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable hourly rate for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits is here .
