Data Entry Clerk Remote

A well-known manufacturer of cutlery that produces and sells knives and knife sharpeners is looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join their close-knit, growing team

In this position you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive company that offers a laid-back environment, career growth potential, and work-life balance (weekends off) This project is a 3-6 month based assignment with opportunity to be converted to a permanent full time employee.

Data Entry Assistant Duties

Sort and organize paperwork to ensure data integrity
Enter in and maintain data - utilizing NetSuite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Verify and review data by comparison from other electronic files and databases
Create Spreadsheets encompassing large data sets

Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30 pm


Pay:
$20.00- $23.00

Data Entry Assistant Requirements

Previous administrative experience
Proven experience with data entry
Basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets
Previous experience with Oracle, POS Systems, NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a MUST.
