The Manager, Clinical Svcs is responsible for managing staff nurses. This encompasses training, continued education, scheduling and staffing, performance appraisals, quality assurance, establishing workflow processes, working with Pediatric After hours medical director, working as a staff nurse when gaps in schedule, or when busy, maintaining and educating staff on new and upgraded technology.
Required:
- Three years as RN
- Bachelor Degree
- Registered Nurse (KY)
- One year pediatric nursing and/or one year call center
- Bachelor Degree Nursing
