What you’ll get to do in this role:



  • Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.

  • Sell Natus’ Hearing & Balance, Pediatric Eye Imaging, and Infant Hearing Screening products to customers

  • Generate sales leads

  • Generate sales quotations and related customer correspondence

  • Call on customers and close sales contracts

  • In-service Hardware Installations when required

  • Provide management, clinical consultants, field support, and specialist with feedback on the status of new and existing business opportunities

  • Prepare and review annual and monthly sales forecasts

  • Prepare and execute annual business sales plans

  • Conform to all RA/QA requirements

  • Utilize Siebel to forecast and manage accounts and track potential leads

  • Describe alternative financial acquisition options to customers

  • Achieve Plan for the territory each quarter and annually

  • Complete competency testing for any current product line or added product line at 85% accuracy.

  • Driving is an essential part of this job and the DSM is required to maintain a clean driving record.


What we are looking for:



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Medical Qualification a strong plus

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales

  • Experience in medical capital goods sales process a plus

  • Extensive travel required

  • Excellent concept selling skills

  • Must be able to analyze financial information

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills required

  • Computer skills required; knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Require a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Valid driver's license required


Travel Required:50-75%
