Bi lingual (English/Spanish) Talent Acquisition Coordinator:

The Coordinator will successfully achieve Wabtec's talent acquisition objectives by ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience while working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Leaders during the candidate sourcing, recruitment, interview, hiring, and on-boarding process. This person will facilitate the interview process, advise the business on candidate trends, and manage projects that will optimize efficiencies and provide continued TA innovation to Wabtec. The Coordinator will positively impact the quality, responsiveness and cost of the Wabtec Talent Acquisition process and ensure we are hiring the best possible talent.


Principal Accountabilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews for all salary, exempt level hires across the network to ensure a standard and consistent candidate experience for all interviews.

Initiate video interviews, phone interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Provide timely updates and communication (verbal and written) to candidates, TA Team, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Leaders throughout the hiring process.

Assist with TA and HR projects including development of SOPs for hiring, branding, client sourcing strategies, ATS optimization.

Manage processes such as employee referral program, candidate expense reporting, and publication of TA data trends.

Trouble soot through any candidate issues through the interview and hiring process.

On occasion, screen resumes, disposition all candidates, pre-screen candidates and coordinate interviews while ensuring a postitive and consistent candidate experience.

Ensure 100% data integrity in ATS System and properly document the talent acquisition process for each job opening to ensure EEOC compliance and best practices.


Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university/college preferred.

1 -4 years of supporting Human Resources and/ or Talent Acquisition and full cycle recruitment activities.

Must have advanced proficiency in reading/writing and understanding English and Spanish

Must have advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word documents


Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in ATS is ideal

Very effective rapport and consensus building skills.

Effective leadership influencing and coaching skills. Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and change agent.

Adept listening and positive communication skills.

Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people.

Effective analytical skills.

Positive emotional intelligence and business maturity.

Previous experience in TA projects are preferred.
