- Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with a fast-growth, global, Clinical Research Site Organisation, who offer an integrated approach to drive the improvement of clinical research through a wholly owned site model.
- The approach they take is beneficial to both Sponsor and Study Participant, allowing clients to maintain the highest standards of care whilst bringing innovative medical treatments to patients.
- Due to the success and growth of this organisation and as their Clinical Sites continue to expand in both the US and EU. Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Research Site Manager, to manage the overall business and clinical operations of the site.
- This individual will be responsible for the overall coordination, organization and efficient implementation of clinical trials operations, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
- It would involve working closely with the Principal Investigator to ensure all clinical and regulatory procedures are correctly completed.
- Identify strategies to expand the research capabilities of the site in line with overall business plan
- Maintain site quality standards, ensuring the conduct and collection of data aligns with ICH GCPs.
- Manage sites annual and forecast budgets
- Develop site staffing plans, patient recruitment plans and patient outreach process.
- Support of Business Development on behalf of the site
- Build relationships outside of medical practices, pharmacies, and other healthcare organizations
- Collaborate with other locations to raise the operational competencies
- Support completeness of all documents from study start-up phase to site initiation.
- BA Degree Preferred and or Clinical Research Trial Management Experience at Clinical Investigator Site Level
- Or Relevant training and industry experience
- Knowledge of Field Organisation strategies
- Strong Computer Skills MS, Clinical Conductor CTMS and CRM systems.
