We are seeking a remote Travel Agent Specialist!
As a Travel Agent Specialist, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating travel details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation package, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed-upon vacation package price, and entering payment information.
Social media expertise using a variety of platforms (Twitter, FB, IG, Linked In, Pinterest, etc.)
Good communication skills
Must be able to keep up to date with the latest travel restrictions and mandates.
A computer/laptop, printer, and smartphone are required to perform the functions of this position.
All applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal to work in the United States.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem/Solution-Oriented at a moment's notice
Detail Oriented, especially when processing payments and personal information
Negotiation Skills will occasionally be required when dealing with high-volume group contracts
Agents work from home (you set your own hours), which creates a flexible work environment.
This can be a full or part-time job.
As a travel agent, you will be part of a supportive team.
We work together and are available to answer any questions that may arise.
