Job Description
- Will be making calls to high risk members who have not completed their eligibility renewal process.
- The purpose of the call is to alert the member that according to records, they still need to submit their renewal.
- Will educate members regarding the importance and urgency to complete the eligibility process, as well as provide telephonic support if they need assistance.
- Will be required to operate phone system to perform the outbound calls during 2 weeks of each month/inbound calls during the other 2 weeks of the month related to PHE unwind.
- They will transfer any calls unrelated to PHE unwind.
- Will be required to navigate systems to document outreach efforts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-At least 1-2+ years of experience in a call center environment
-1+ year of health care experience
-High School Diploma required
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-Someone who has compassion and can work with individuals that are going through hardships
-Someone must be detail oriented, kind, reliable, and have basic knowledge of MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ability to type 30 wpm or higher
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to be quick, efficient and timely with their work
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
