We are currently seeking Emergency Department Medical Coders for fully remote opportunity. This is for a full-time opportunity.
Pay: $25.00 per hour to start out
Hours: Flexible with hours as long as work is completed in a timely manner
Location: Fully remote can sit any where in the U.S.
Type: FTE with benefits
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Emergency Department coding experience
- Experience with Pro Fee coding is required
- Hospitalist coding - Inpatient experience Required
- Strong working knowledge in ED levels, procedures, modifiers, and ICD10CM
- Preferred Certification AAPC/HIMA
- Must have a good office setup to work from home and highspeed internet connection
- Knowledge of Optum coding platform is a plus
