Senior Product Manager - Experian Marketing Services Data Products (Remote US)
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to guide Experian Marketing Services core data products. As the primary owner of our ConsumerView product, which guides the marketing of some of the largest brands in the world, you will be responsible for its continued growth, enhancement and innovation.
Ideal candidates have a passion for leveraging the power of data to solve complex business challenges. In order to achieve success, you must be willing to dive into the details of how we test and source data, build models, and package and distribute our products. Additionally, you'll need the ability to communicate the value of these solutions both internally and externally and own product development from strategy through launch.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain a roadmap for your products that clearly maps to business value and supports our collective strategic goals
- Help define and execute the short and long term product strategy for Experian ConsumerView product offerings
- Responsible for leveraging industry and product expertise to proactively educate the teams on market development, emerging themes and partnerships
- Develop a strong voice of customer' via continuous communication with sales and both current and prospective clients to inform new product development
- Collaborate across internal teams to analyze the quality of our products, vet new data sources and improve model performance
- Work with your Product Owner teammates to prioritize the backlog of work needed to support the development of your products
- Develop the knowledge to ensure our products are compliant with Experian policy, partner contracts with all applicable laws
- Monitor, track and forecast product-specific revenue
- Work alongside Sales and Product Marketing to clearly articulate the problems your products solve, the value they generate and how they stand out from the competition
Co-ordinate the delivery of market and client facing documents supporting product releases and sales activity
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent roles, preferably in an Agile software development environment
- Past experience building and managing data products
- A solid understanding of the advertising and marketing technology space as well as how data and analytics can optimize client outcomes
- Proven track record of effective delivery in a fast-paced organization, recognizing the need for business planning and agile delivery
- Excellent presentation skills and influencing ability in order to articulate our product capabilities to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders and drive their development, adoption and growth
- Ability to successfully navigate a matrixed organization
- Comfort with ambiguity and the grit to turn uncertainty into action
- Understanding of the programmatic advertising space including consumer platforms, advanced TV a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
