Job Description
RPI Consultants is looking for a talented individual to join the team as a Software Development Engineer. This position is pivotal to the development of our proprietary enterprise software.

Job Description
- Collaborate on the development of RPI's proprietary software platform, Yoga
- Write and test code for improvements, features, and bug fixes
- Maintain and update internal documentation
- Participate in all aspects of the product development arc
Qualifications
The candidate has:
- BS Computer Science or equivalent
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak in front of groups and to communicate complex ideas concisely
- Proficiency in Angular & Node.js, 2 years of experience minimum, preferably in a combined application with following specifics:
- Angular stable version 10 and above
- Angular- Rest API integration
- Cloud Platform engineering experience with Azure, AWS (Amazon Web Services) and/or GCP
- Architecture for UI (User Interface) builds and integration into the platform
- Rest JS and NoSQL experience preferred
- Experience in working with NoSQL, SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Experience in application design patterns, unit testing frameworks
- Experience on tools like bitbucket, GitHub, Postman, Swagger
- An analytical personality that is eager and able to learn when confronted with an unfamiliar concept or technology
- Based in Kansas City, MO - strongly preferred
