Job Description
Moving Analytics is looking for a highly motivated medical billing specialist to join our team and mission to provide cardiac rehab to 1 million patients every year. As part of this role, you will be leading the timely submission, audit and verification of reimbursement claims for our service and help us serve patients in a timely fashion.

Job Description
Assist in timely submission of billing and claims data to appropriate insurance providers
Resolve denial instances
Perform posting charges
Handle any claim related issues to achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided
Assist in conducting audits of claims
Speak to insurance providers about payment discrepancies
Search and correct financial statements for any payment inconsistencies or errors
Informing internal teams, patients, or customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines
Assist our financial team in preparing and tracking financial statements based on billing needs
Qualification:
A High School Diploma
Medical Billing/ Coding program Certification
A minimum of 1+ year experience
Experience in and knowledge of all medical billing protocols including ICD-10 and CPT codes as well as EMR system experience
Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Typing/ Data Entry
Cardiology Rehabilitation is a plus but not required
